You can add terms and conditions (T&C) to your Wix Bookings by creating a dedicated policy page and linking it in your booking policies or footer.Here are the step-by-step instructions to set this up:Step 1: Create a dedicated page for your Terms and ConditionsOpen your Wix Editor.Click Pages & Menu on the left side of your screen.Click + Add Page and select Blank Page.Name the page "Terms and Conditions" and add a text box containing your legal text.Click Publish at the top right.Step 2: Add the T&C to your Booking PoliciesNavigate to your site’s dashboard.Go to Booking Settings and click Booking Policies.Click + Add a New Policy (or select an existing one).Name the policy and add a summary of your terms in the text box.To require a waiver/intake form, scroll down to the Intake & Waiver Form section and link your custom form.Connect this policy to your specific services and click Save.Step 3: Link the policy in your Footer (Recommended)Go back to your Wix Editor and find your website's footer.Click Add on the left side, choose Text, and add a text box.Type "Terms and Conditions" and highlight the text.Click the Link icon, select Page / Anchor, and choose the "Terms and Conditions" page you created.Pro-tip: If you want clients to be legally blocked from booking until they explicitly check a box agreeing to your terms nad conditiiosn
